Company information pending confirmation: full legal name, providers, retention and transfer arrangements. These notices are not final until that information is completed.

Applicability

English pages or access from Europe alone do not determine scope. Article 3 criteria include EU establishment, offering goods/services to people in the EU or monitoring their behaviour. Günrob's activities have not yet been conclusively assessed.

The rights below apply when the relevant processing is subject to the GDPR. No appointment of an EU representative or data protection officer, or completion of a comprehensive compliance review, is claimed.

Data use and scope

Contact/project details prepare messages and summaries; you send email yourself in this version. Optional drafts stay in the browser and exclude file contents. Language and privacy choices are remembered. Maps load only on request.

Measurement infrastructure exists but is not active. If activated with permission it will keep totals by day, allowed page and approved campaign code, excluding forms, full URLs and visitor identities. There is no automated personal profiling, advertising tracker or automated decision function significantly affecting individuals.

Identity, grounds, recipients and retention

The full legal name, grounds for each purpose, company recipients, retention periods and any international transfer safeguards await confirmation. Reliance on legitimate interests also requires identifying and assessing the relevant interest.

This is not a final GDPR notice while these gaps remain. Measurement therefore stays off; a first-visit panel does not establish transfer safeguards.

Access, correction and erasure

Where applicable you may access/obtain a copy of data, correct inaccuracies, complete missing details and request erasure when its conditions apply. Erasure is not absolute; exceptions include legal obligations and legal claims.

Restriction and, where applicable, objection are also available. Portability may cover data you provided, processed automatically on consent or contract grounds. Other people's rights must also be respected.

Withdraw consent

You may withdraw permission for consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not retrospectively invalidate lawful earlier processing. Reading an information notice does not consent to separate purposes.

Turn measurement off through the footer; subsequent collection stops. Manage drafts in the form and maps through Close map. These controls do not erase sent email or Google's past records. Request action separately for company-held personal records.

Requests and verification

When intake is active, the form registers a request in the server review queue; otherwise it only prepares an email draft. A reference confirms registration, not completed identity or procedural review. Email and erasure are not automatic. Identify the data and right concerned and explain if representing someone else. Do not send identity copies or unnecessary sensitive information unless requested.

Reasonable doubt about identity may justify necessary additional information. The helper does not mean the company's internal review is complete. Request scope and any retention grounds need separate assessment.

Responses and complaints

Where the GDPR applies, requests require a response without undue delay and normally within one month. Complexity and volume may justify a further two months, with the extension and reasons communicated in the first month. If no action is taken, reasons and remedies must be explained.

You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or the alleged infringement occurred. The GDPR one-month period is distinct from the KVKK thirty-day period.
