Scope and contact
This policy covers browsing, contact and project forms, language, drafts, optional measurement and maps. You can view products without completing a form. It does not replace notices for all employee, supplier or customer activities.

Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email and message; phone is optional. The project form asks for business and contact names, at least one contact channel, needs and operations. Facility, part, capacity, equipment, layout, timing, budget and notes you provide help explain your enquiry. A product or solution page may be included as context.
Share only necessary information. Identity copies, health data, passwords and card details are not requested. Remove unnecessary personal details from drawings and photographs and ensure you are authorised to share information for others.
Forms, email and files
This version prepares contact message drafts and project summaries; form buttons do not send information to Günrob. Review and amend the summary, open your email application and send it yourself. Your application may save a draft to your account; your provider's terms also apply.
Selecting a file does not upload it. File contents are neither saved with drafts nor automatically attached to email; add attachments separately in your email application. A prepared summary is not proof of delivery. The separate personal data form shows its operating mode: when intake is active, name, reply email, request type, explanation and submission time are stored on the server for authorised review. Otherwise it only prepares an email draft. No identity document is requested and no email or erasure is automatic.
Device storage
Language is remembered in this browser. Project information becomes a persistent draft only when you enable ‘Save my draft on this device’. With saving off, the site uses the open form without creating a persistent project draft. Browser autofill or session restoration may retain information separately.
Language, draft and privacy preference records have no automatic expiry and may remain until removed by you or the browser. Manage them on Cookies and preferences. Avoid saving drafts on shared devices and protect access to your browser and email account.
Page and campaign measurement
Measurement infrastructure is prepared but currently inactive pending approval of retention and service details. If activated, it also requires your permission. Its purpose is to assess interest in pages and predefined campaigns through aggregate counts.
The measurement table is limited to day, an allowed page path and a defined campaign code. It does not receive full URLs/query text, form content, email, visitor identity, IP address or device fingerprints. It does not create unique-visitor or person-level browsing histories. Internet and hosting connections may still process technical information; we do not claim no processing or absolute anonymity.
Maps, WhatsApp and external links
Google Maps loads only when requested. Opening it may share connection information such as IP and browser details, and Google may use cookies under its own terms. Closing the map removes the embed but does not erase past transfers or Google records. The written address is available without a map.
The WhatsApp button opens an external chat link; the site does not automatically send a message or load a WhatsApp tracker. That service's terms apply after clicking. Review what you share through external links and your email application.
Preferences, deletion and outstanding details
Reject measurement or withdraw permission through Privacy preferences in the footer; subsequent measurement stops. Existing aggregate counts are not linked to a person, so a device preference cannot locate and erase an individual contribution. Clearing a device draft does not erase sent email or separate company records. Use the request helper below for company-held information.
The full legal name, company providers/recipients, retention periods and any international transfer safeguards await confirmation. This is not the final company notice until those gaps are resolved. Changes in data use require updated information and, where needed, a new permission choice.
